| Want QUIET & SECLUSION but still close to fun things to do? Cute Cottage on 5.5 secluded acres with a pond. Home is situated on FIVE and a half acres with a beautiful pond. Have wildlife visit you at your back door, including deer, turkey and lots of birds! Enjoy relaxing in the 4 person Hot Tub, surrounded by nature! Enjoy the clear pond! Go fishing, (catch & release only, please) or take a leisure ride on the paddle boat. Enjoy an evening under the stars, by the large fire pit. Fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, fireplace, linens, dishes, pots, pans, paddle boat, full bath, satellite TV, VCR and DVD, radio and MORE! Just brings yourselves, some clothes and food!!! |

| Rates are based for up to 4 adults, 2 Nt Min (children under 18 are FREE). $15 additional per day for each extra adult, to a maximum of 8 occupants per rental period. Memorial Day Weekend to Sept 30th Weekly: $820 (Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun) 5 Night: $670 (Sun to Friday Departure) Weekend: $330 (Fri to Sun Departure) Day After Labor Day to Sept 30th: Weekly: $820 Weekend: $330 Daily (Sun-Thur) $130 per nt. Low Season Rates (Oct 1 to Late May): Weekly: $700 Weekend: $320 Daily (Sun-Thur) $110 per nt. * Special Jan 2nd to April 1st: Weekly $650 & Weekend Rate: $300 Check In Time: 5:00 pm Check Out Time: 1:00 pm No Saturday check-in for weekly rental. Sorry...Weekends cannot be split. If you decide to bring a dog (or two): $5 per night, per dog. (First Week of Gun Deer Season: Rented 5 night minimum) (Christmas & New Years: 2 Night Min, Rate Charged as Weekend Rate) * Above rates do not include sales tax. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposit. Security Deposits: Based on up to 4 adults, there is a Refundable $250 damage/cleaning deposit. Deposit needs to be received 2+ weeks prior of arrival, along with the balance of the rental fee). All REFUNDABLE security deposits will be mailed out within one week of departure upon satisfactory inspection/condition of rental. * Primary Renter must be at least 21 or older.
