(catch & release only, please) or take a leisure ride on the paddle boat. Enjoy an evening under the stars, by the large

Fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, fireplace, linens, dishes, pots, pans, paddle boat, canoe, full bath,
satellite TV, VCR and DVD, radio and MORE! Just brings yourselves, some clothes and food!!!

The following payments accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Certified Checks, Money Orders and Pay Pal.
(For last minute rentals, personal check will not be accepted less than 2 weeks prior to arrival).
(There is a 3% service charge for Credit Card and Pay Pal payments).
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days from arrival date will be accessed a $30.00 cancellation fee.
Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposit.

received 2+ weeks prior of arrival, along with the balance of the rental fee). All REFUNDABLE security deposits will be
mailed out within one week of departure upon satisfactory inspection/condition of rental.
